Regret...

You know that moment when you realize something just happened that you're going to regret for a very long time? But at the same time you don't know how you could have done things any differently? I think most of us know what that's like. I had to draw this scene with the emotions slightly different from the original picture, because this is what I see in this scene. One of the reasons I like Renji so much is I identify with him on many different levels.

I spent an evening and a morning working on this. I used a picture out of the manga as a reference for this, but its all free hand. I wasn't sure I'd be able to create the emotions I wanted, but I'm satisfied with the end result.

Please do not use/repost anywhere. I'd hate to have to stamp an ugly watermark on it
